Hey there, Marie here.
As someone who finds this world a little too noisy in more ways than one, I needed a quiet corner to just be me.
No algorithms. No AI. No stock images.
No pressure to fit into someone or something else’s idea of what I should be.
And so — TinNOtus was born.
(A tiny rebellion and a play on the word tinnitus, which I’ve had in abundance for as long as I can remember.)

My tinnitus started when I was just 15. Back then, there was no real support for younger people — I felt completely alone.
Tinnitus is so often seen as something that only affects older people or those who’ve damaged their hearing.
But that’s just not true.
Mine began because of Ménière’s disease
— nothing to do with loud music or noise exposure. Just one of life’s unexpected companions.
Now, through TinNOtus, I want to help shift that perception.
To create a calm, understanding space for anyone (of any age) learning to live with tinnitus. Especially those who are hearing it for the first time and wondering, “What’s happening to me?”
So, welcome. Settle in.
Who knows what we’ll build together here.
